# Shipping Policy ## Domestic United States Shipping Only **Effective Date:** September 14, 2026 **Last Updated:** September 14, 2026 ## Overview This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on silvervictoria.com and operated by Silver Victoria, a company registered in Florida, USA. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below. Silver Victoria currently ships within the contiguous United States only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are not included in the free-shipping offer unless otherwise stated at checkout. International shipping is not available at this time. ## Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50.00 or more shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders below the $50.00 threshold, and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, will be charged shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. ## Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day may be processed the same day; however, same-day processing is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or federal holiday, will generally begin processing the next business day. Note: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is immediately routed to our fulfillment team. We will do our best to accommodate requests to change, modify, or cancel an order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has entered processing. ## Shipping Carriers Silver Victoria may ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate carrier. The carrier used may vary based on the delivery destination, package size, weight, and the shipping service selected at checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. ## Estimated Delivery Timeframes The following estimated delivery windows apply after an order has been processed and shipped. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guarantees. - Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment - Express Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment Delivery dates may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather conditions, federal holidays, high-volume shipping periods, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and other circumstances outside of Silver Victoria's control. Silver Victoria is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier. ## Shipping Address Accuracy You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Silver Victoria is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address submitted by the customer. If a package is returned to Silver Victoria because of an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, or refusal by the recipient, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you request reshipment of a returned package, additional shipping charges will apply. ## Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders If you receive a package that is damaged, contains incorrect items, or if items are missing from your order, you must contact Silver Victoria within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date by emailing support@silvervictoria.com. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution. When submitting a claim, you may be asked to provide photographs of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the products received. Silver Victoria will review each claim and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. ## Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.
